Angel is a hair artist based in Phoenix, Arizona at Palabra Hair Studio specializing in detailed haircuts and intricate color services. “I believe hair is a true art form representing each of us in a specific way. My passion for the art grows every day, falling in love with transformation, change, as well as an overall embrace of the nature of our hair.”
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellations/rescheduling must be made 48hrs before your appointment or a 50% service fee will be charged to your card provided on file. No-shows will be charged 100% service fee. No exceptions. All clients have a 15 minute grace period, being 20+ minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled and a 100% service fee will be charged to card of file.
